Terms and Conditions
contract is between the property owners and the person named on the
booking form as the “LEAD GUEST” who signs the booking form accepts
these terms and conditions him/herself, also on behalf of all others
included on the booking form. The contract only exists when we
have received and accepted the required deposit, the signed booking
form, and the signed terms and conditions. On receipt of your
deposit, signed booking form, and signed terms and conditions, we shall
confirm your booking in writing or e-mail.
YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
confirmation of your booking, please check all details are exactly as
you requested. In the event of any discrepancy, please contact us
immediately. If you need to change any persons on the booking
form, all requests must be in writing. Only persons stated on the
booking form may stay in the accommodation. All persons under the age
of 21 must state their age on the booking form.
YOU HOLIDAY PRICE
total price is for the villa, and not per person. When you make
your booking, you must pay a deposit of £100 per week or part thereof.
The balance of the price of your accommodation must be paid in
full no later than 10 weeks before your departure date. If you
book less than 10 weeks before departure date, then you must pay the
amount in full. Your holiday is on a self-catering basis.
It includes the accommodation and use of the swimming pool only,
excluding pool heating. There is a separate charge for pool
heating payable locally if required.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
the “LEAD GUEST” can amend or cancel the booking. He / She must
give written confirmation of change or cancellation. Cancellation
will result in the loss of any deposit only, if cancellation is 10
weeks or more prior to departure date. Any cancellation 10 weeks
or less prior to your departure date will incur a 100% fee.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR HOLIDAY
we cancel your holiday accommodation, you will receive a full refund of
all monies paid to the owner and / or Management Company.
You are strongly advised to take out adequate Travel / Medical Insurance at the time of booking your holiday with us.
security deposit of £200 ($400) is to be paid with your balance 10
weeks prior to departure. This is to cover any breakages,
damages, or any excess cleaning. A full inventory will be taken
after departure. Any missing / damaged item costs will be
deducted from the security deposit. It is the responsibility of
the “LEAD GUEST” to ensure that all windows and doors are locked and
the property and its contents are secure every time the property is
vacated. The on site BBQ is provided for the use of all guests at no
charge, on the proviso that it is left in the clean condition as found.
If found to require cleaning following your departure, a charge will be
levied against your security deposit. Providing everything is in order
after departure and the keys are returned to the site lock box, your
security deposit will be refunded with-in 28 days of your return home.
Loss of keys will result in a charge for replacement of keys / locks.
accommodation will be cleaned prior to your arrival and after your
departure. Should you require extra cleaning during your stay,
this can be arranged with the Management Company upon arrival and paid
for locally. The property must be left in an orderly state.
All kitchen crockery and utensils must be washed prior to leaving.
swimming pool and surrounding areas can be very dangerous, especially
to children. The safety fence within the pool area should not be
removed. If you do remove the fence and damage it you will be charged
for its replacement. Children must be supervised at all times.
The owners and the Management Company will not accept any
responsibility whatsoever, for any accident, injury or death caused
during your stay. You are advised to seek medical advice before
using the Jacuzzi if you are a Diabetic, have a Heart Condition, High
Blood Pressure, Back, or Neck problems, are Pregnant, or know of any
other condition that may effect your health. We advise parents
not to let children use the pool & Jacuzzi unsupervised. We
advise people not to enter the pool if under the influence of alcohol
or whilst on medication. Plastic dining ware is provided for safe use
within the pool area, and we recommend you do not take glass of any
kind into the pool area for the safety of all. The alarm system
installed at the property is for the security of the property and your
belongings. You should set the alarm system each time you vacate the
property. We will not be responsible for losses incurred during your
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
at the property will be after 4.00 PM local time. The property
will be vacated by 10.00 AM on the day of departure. Please
ensure these times are adhered to as cleaning staff require the
allocated time between departure and guest arrival for completion of
there duties. Failure to comply will result in a charge being made from
your security deposit.
we respect your privacy, the Owners and Management Company have the
right to enter the premises at any time during your stay, if for any
reason it is felt one or more of the conditions as set out in this
document have been breached.
For the comfort of all other holiday-makers, this is a strictly NO SMOKING
villa. You may not smoke in the villa or around the pool area.
If any evidence is found, the Owners or Management Company have
the right to make you vacate the premises. If any extra cleaning is
necessary, then we have the right to deduct any cleaning / replacement
costs from the security deposit.
Owners of the property and the Management Company or our Agents will
not be liable for any circumstances, which are unusual and/or
unforeseeable, or which are beyond our control. The consequence
of which could not have been avoided even If all due care had been
exercised, including (but not limited to) war or threat of war, riot,
civil strife, hostilities, political unrest, government action,
industrial dispute, natural or other disaster, nuclear incident,
terrorist activity, weather conditions, closure of airports, fire,
flood, or drought, vehicle failure or transport problems including but
not limited to car, coach, trains & aircraft.
you should be aware, in a hot country, it is the home of many insects.
Our home will be treated on a regular basis to repel unwanted
visitors. Inevitably, occasionally they will find their way in.
You can greatly reduce the presence of visitors as we would at
home by ensuring food is cleaned away and spills are mopped up
immediately, both in the villa and around the pool area to try to keep
these visitors to a minimum.
VISAS AND PASSPORTS
is the responsibility of each individual to ensure the correct Passport
and Visa requirements are met. If you are a British Citizen and
hold a (MRP) machine-readable passport (pink) you can continue to enter
the U.S for periods of 90 days or less under the Visa Waiver Program
(VWP). You will be given the Visa Waiver form on the outbound
flight. All passports issued after 26th October 2004, and all non-MRP holders will need to apply to the U.S embassy for a Visa. (http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/index.html) Your passport MUST have at least 6 months left to run from the date of your return. From 5th
October 1998, under 16 year olds who are not already included on their
parents’ passport are required to have their own individual passports.
PLEASE CHECK with the U.S embassy for any further information
required. This information is only a guide, we cannot and will not be responsible for incorrect information.
From September 2004, please be aware that all foreign visitors
entering the U.S will be required to be digitally photographed and have
a finger-scan. Anyone not wishing to have this done will be
refused entry into the country. We will not reimburse ANY costs
if you decide not to travel or are refused entry.
complaints must be bought to the attention of the Management Company
immediately. They will make every effort to achieve a
satisfactory solution. If in the unlikely event the problem
cannot be rectified, you should write to us within 28 days of your
return and give us the opportunity to investigate. If the
complaint is in relation to the heating in the swimming pool / Air
conditioning, you MUST advise the Management Company immediately, so
they can investigate. Compensation will not be given if you
complain only on your return.
